FLU SHOTS are available at:  Ellett Memorial Hospital  Out-Patient Clinic, Appleton City Rural Health Clinic, Montrose Rural Health Clinic, and the following regularly scheduled outreach clinics

 

You do NOT need to see the doctor to get the shot.  This year’s vaccine has several strains including H1N1 combined in one shot. 

Please bring your insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid card.
