Dr. Taney will be seeing patients every Wednesday at AC Clinic

From 9:00 am. – 4:00 pm

Dr. Taney grew up in Kansas City North. He attended North Kansas City High School where he lettered in football, wrestling and track.

He graduated from William Jewell College, lettering in football for 4 years. Afterward, Dr. Taney graduated from the University of Missouri Medical School and served a 4 year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Missouri University. During that time he also served 6 years in the Army Reserves.

After his education and training, Dr. Taney practiced in N.K.C. and Liberty for 20 years. He then practiced in Marshall Missouri for 2 years before retiring to do Locum Tenens in rural hospital settings. Dr. Taney also enjoys serving as a team physician for Oak Park High School wrestling team in K.C. North.

Dr. Taney is married and owns property in the Appleton City, Montrose area. They have plans to build on the property in the very near future. He has a grown son, a daughter and a stepdaughter, and one granddaughter. His interests, other than medicine, are scuba diving, hunting, fishing and

gourmet cooking.
